DOW-UAP-PR064, "AFSOC Kabul UAP Jul 2017"
DVIDS / U.S. Department of War
This 17-second video, uploaded in June 2024, appears to originate from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform within the US Central Command area in 2021. It shows a contrast area moving across the sensor's field-of-view from left to right between 00:14 and 00:15. The video lacks content in the first 13 seconds. The metadata indicates the recording was taken in Afghanistan on July 1, 2017, with VIRIN 170702-D-D0360-8227. Due to chain-of-custody limitations and the AARO's assessment, no conclusions about the event's nature or significance can be drawn.
