DOW-UAP-PR098, "UFOs in formation over Persian Gulf?"
DVIDS / U.S. Department of War
Uploaded in January 2019, this 17-minute video shows a sensor tracking multiple contrast areas over the Persian Gulf, likely from a U.S. military platform within the US Central Command area. The footage depicts the contrast areas appearing, moving, and sometimes leaving the frame, with frequent zooming and contrast adjustments. No claims or conclusions about the event's nature are made. The source is from a classified network, and chain-of-custody cannot be fully verified. The AARO assesses the footage as probably from military sensors, but no definitive judgment on event validity is provided.
