Luzarches, France: Pink-tinged round object follows dark clouds at treetop height

At 4:30 p.m. a man named A. Garrie watched a pink-tinged round object near Luzarches, Île-de-France, France. The observation lasted about 15 minutes. The object was nearly as low as the tops of the trees. It followed some dark clouds that were moving toward the east. The report appeared in the letters column of La Nature in November 1899. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
