Background

During the day a 10-year-old boy walking home to Bournbrook along a path behind his family's garden came upon a large box-shaped device with a small, centrally placed turret. Through its only opening, a door, two small men less than 4 feet tall stepped out; they wore military uniforms without insignia and odd-looking caps with a wire sticking up on both sides. One stayed by the door while the other walked toward the boy and waved him away. The beings went back into the craft, a bright flash surrounded it, and it shot into the air with a whooshing sound. Eberhart cites Jenny Randles and Philip Barnet in Flying Saucer Review (1979), Randles in Fortean Times (2014) and Clark's encyclopedia. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
