At 11:30 p.m. a lieutenant and his aide saw a strong light coming from a hovering lens-shaped object near Guadalajara, Spain. The object was over 35 feet in diameter and 15 feet high. A platform with two moving figures was lowered from underneath. A blue beam from the object shone on the witnesses, who felt a sudden chill. The platform rose back up, and the object glowed with an intense white light and flew away. The case is listed in Vicente-Juan Ballester Olmos's survey and catalogue of Iberian landing reports.
