Background
An FBI agent and two officers of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) interviewed George Adamski. They asked him to draft a statement saying that neither the FBI nor the Air Force had approved material used in his speeches. Eberhart bases the entry on Loren E. Gross's UFOs, a History for March–July 1953 and on Clark's encyclopedia. The account follows the entry in George M.
