Baltimore, Maryland: Civil Defense official sees 13 glowing blue triangles in V formation
On the night of 24 March 1954, Civil Defense Deputy Coordinator Adolph Wagner saw 13 fluorescent-blue triangular objects in V formation cross Baltimore, Maryland; part of the group turned toward a passing airliner.
Background
Civil Defense Deputy Coordinator Adolph Wagner saw 13 sharply defined triangular objects glowing a fluorescent blue move west to east over Baltimore, Maryland, in a V formation. A larger object approached from the north and stationed itself in front of the V. When a commercial airliner appeared, the objects split formation: six executed a sharp turn, shifted color to purplish and headed toward the airplane in single file, while the others continued flying east. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
