Buchy, France: Driver feels shock and paralysis as luminous object takes off, engine slows

At 2:00 a.m. a witness driving a Renault 4CV in Buchy, Seine-Maritime, saw a luminous object take off, felt a mild electric shock and was paralyzed. His car engine slowed but did not stall. When the object left, the paralysis went away and the car returned to normal. The account follows the entry in George M.
