Musselburgh, Scotland: Farmworkers in a truck followed by gray domed object for minutes
On the night of 8 November 1957 sixteen farmworkers riding in a truck on the Newhailes Road from Musselburgh toward Edinburgh saw a gray, round object follow them at about 60 feet for 5–10 minutes.
Background
At night 12 female and 4 male farmworkers were riding in a truck on the Newhailes Road, returning to Edinburgh from picking Brussels sprouts at a nursery in Musselburgh, Scotland. One of them spotted a gray, round object that seemed to follow the truck at a distance of 60 feet. Mary Horne said it was domed on the top and bottom. The object followed them for 5–10 minutes, then moved off toward Portobello, leaving a double vapor trail. Eberhart cites Loren E. Gross, UFOs, a History: 1957, November 7th–12th.
