Portland, Oregon: Moonwatch team sees tiny dark objects cross the lunar disc
On September 25, 1958, the Project Moonwatch team in Portland, Oregon, saw tiny dark objects crossing the Moon that behaved differently from birds.
Background
The Project Moonwatch team in Portland, Oregon, was observing the Moon when they saw objects crossing the lunar disc. Some transits they recognized as birds, but tiny dark objects behaved differently. All the objects passed in the same direction and at the same place for about one second. Supervisor Alex Geddes, who was not present, sent the observers a supportive letter thanking them for the data. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
