Several witnesses at Bergen, Norway, saw a bright object pass from north to south, taking two minutes to move from horizon to horizon. Several minutes later another appeared on the same course. It was soon followed by three more in succession. The Oslo newspaper Friheten reported the sightings on 16 March 1959, and the CIA's Foreign Documents Division summarized them as 'UFO's Observed over Norway' (FDD Note 891).
