Salta, Argentina: Large luminous object passes over the city, power fails for minutes

At 8:00 p.m. a large, luminous UFO passed over Salta and blacked out all electrical power for several minutes. Eberhart names no individual witnesses; he cites Bernardo Passíon's report from Argentina in the APRO Bulletin (November 1959) and Loren E. Gross. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
