At 7:16 a.m. on 26 October 1962, Bessie Rogers of Fort Collins, Colorado, saw a large black parachute-shaped object weaving back and forth over the mountains between Horsetooth Reservoir and Masonville.

At 7:16 a.m. Bessie Rogers of Fort Collins, Colorado, spotted a large, black parachute-shaped object weaving back and forth over the mountains somewhere between the south end of Horsetooth Reservoir and Masonville. It flew around for about 10 minutes, disappeared and then returned. Eberhart cites the APRO Bulletin of January 1963. The account follows the entry in George M.
