Quilmes, Argentina: Van driver Pereyra finds egg-shaped craft on legs with two men
At 8:00 a.m. on July 20, 1965, van driver Ramón Eduardo Pereyra near Monte de los Curas, Quilmes district, Buenos Aires, Argentina, found a chrome-colored, egg-shaped craft on metal legs with a young man in a diver's suit beside it and a second man inside.
Background
At 8:00 a.m. Ramón Eduardo Pereyra was driving a van along Avenida Tte. Gral. Donato Álvarez near Monte de los Curas (now Villa La Florida), Quilmes district, Buenos Aires, Argentina, when he saw an object like a parachute drop silently into some trees on a hillside. He walked over and found a chrome-colored, egg-shaped craft standing on metal legs in a clearing, transparent on top and smooth below. Beside it stood a blond young man in a "diver's suit" and small boots, studying a piece of paper; through a porthole Pereyra saw a second man at an instrument panel. The man outside noticed him, walked up with an angry expression, did not answer his question and stepped into the craft, which rose to about 200 feet and moved away horizontally.
