Granville, Massachusetts: Woman and two nieces see humming domed disc with portholes

At 5:45 p.m., Helen Godard and her two nieces, Candy and Missy, were driving through Granville, Massachusetts, when they saw a domed disc with white light coming from portholes in its base. They heard a humming sound, and the sky and ground were lit by white light; red, flame-like jets appeared at one end when the object moved, and its speed varied. At one point all the lights went out, and when they came back on the portholes showed red light. The object was seen three times within 20 minutes before it disappeared over a hill to the east.
