Background

A farmer near Holbæk, Denmark, working outside in the evening, saw a strange lilac-colored light. Approaching, he saw a domed object with windows and something moving behind it. He went home but returned to the spot the next day and found an odd substance that looked like "cotton wool" but was finer than cotton. He left it in place, and it dissipated over the following three days. There was also a depressed area where the object had been, and some wire had been pulled away from pylons. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
