Caracas, Venezuela: Family sees disc release small craft, glowing figure collects stones
On August 3, 1967, at 11:30 p.m., a married couple and their teenage son sleeping in their car outside their home in Caracas, Venezuela, watched a white disc hovering above a palm tree release a small lightbulb-shaped object from which a small glowing figure emerged, picked up stones, and returned before the disc sped away.

At 11:30 p.m., a married couple and their teenage son were sleeping in their car outside their home in Caracas, Venezuela. They woke and saw a white, disc-shaped object hovering 100 feet above a nearby palm tree. Within a few minutes an opening appeared in the object, and a smaller, lightbulb-shaped object emerged and drifted down, stopping just inches from the ground near their front porch. A door slid open and a small glowing figure stepped out, bent over, picked up some stones, examined them, and looked up at the larger object as if communicating with someone, glancing frequently toward the car. After a few minutes the figure re-entered the small object, which returned into the disc; the disc then sped away and disappeared within seconds. The case was published in the APRO Bulletin of September/October 1967. The account follows the entry in George M.
