At 4:00 a.m., Stanley Moxon was driving on Ontario Highway 15 between Joyceville, Ontario, and Pine Grove Road when he saw a green light in a field to the south. He turned off his lights and drove down a side road to get closer. Minutes later he switched his lights on again, and they shone on a huge metallic disc hovering just above the ground. Two entities about 4 feet tall, dressed in white suits and helmets, appeared startled and hurried back into the craft, which took off at tremendous speed. The Kingston Whig-Standard reported on 24 August 1967 that the police file on the incident remained open. The account follows the entry in George M.
