Background
In the early morning, Col. Robert Willingham of the Civil Air Patrol saw an orange-and-white object about 30–40 feet in diameter near Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. It was flying at an altitude of only 150 feet as it moved toward North Mountain. He followed it in his car until it disappeared behind trees. NICAP's UFO Investigator reported the case in March 1968. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
