At 9:20 p.m., Rev. Anthony G. Millican was walking with his wife in Arnos Court Park in Brislington, Bristol, England, when they saw a glowing object revolving and hovering some 6 feet off the ground about 300 feet away. It had a dome and seemed to be 12–15 feet high, with a central pillar about 4–5 feet high. After 20 seconds the object simply faded away. The account follows the entry in George M.
