La Pastora, Argentina: Top-shaped silver object hovers near family's car, engine stops

At 2:00 a.m., Juan Sivori, his wife and a daughter were driving along Highway 226 near La Pastora, Buenos Aires province, Argentina, when they saw a silver object shaped like a spinning top. It was only 115 feet from them and about the size of a truck. The car's engine stopped while the object hovered for about five minutes at a height of 33 feet. When it rose into the air and vanished, the engine started again. Oscar A. Uriondo listed the case in his catalogue of Argentine Type I cases in Flying Saucer Review Case Histories in 1973.
