Background
After 10:00 p.m., following several sightings of a bright light in the sky at West Kempsey, New South Wales, an Aboriginal man at Greenhill saw a hairless face pressed up against his kitchen window. He was immediately "sucked out" through the window and fell 7 feet to the steps below. Frightened but largely unhurt, he ran away, pursued by his wife, who took him to the hospital, where a cut on his hand was treated. Eberhart cites Eileen Buckle, "Defenestration at Kempsey," in Flying Saucer Review (1971). The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
