Córdoba, Argentina: Ika-Renault maintenance man meets tall bald figure in locked washroom
At 5:40 a.m. on September 21, 1972, maintenance man Teodoro Merlo found a nearly 8-foot-tall, bald figure in a locked washroom of the Ika-Renault plant in Santa Isabel, Córdoba.
Background
At 5:40 a.m. on September 21, 1972, Teodoro Merlo, maintenance man at the Ika-Renault factory in Santa Isabel, Córdoba, Argentina, was making early rounds. In a previously locked washroom he saw a figure nearly 8 feet tall sitting on one of the basins, wearing a close-fitting dark-blue one-piece garment, with a bald head, high pointed ears and very white skin. As Merlo approached, the light near him went out and a light near the figure came on by itself. He heard a noise like a metal object striking glass, and the figure disappeared. Oscar A. Galíndez documented the case as part of a series of reports at Santa Isabel. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
