Background

A young boy on holiday with his family in Wales wandered alone to the top of Wylfa Hill, south of Machynlleth, Powys, and saw an apparently landed object about 40 feet wide with a round silvery base and a clear hemispherical dome. Large round lights about 5 feet across, about seven of them visible, were set into the base and shone in strange colors; inside the dome stood a large metallic unit with two “jelly-like” entities about 7 feet tall, whitish-translucent, amorphous and constantly changing shape, each containing hundreds of small white disc-like forms. When another entity floated toward the object, the boy fled and failed to persuade his father to come and look. Returning alone, he saw the object pulse in and out and change color to match the sky and grass until it “merged” into them. Immediately afterward he suffered acute shock and what a doctor diagnosed as hysterical blindness in one eye, which persisted for months. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
