During the day a retired science teacher walking on a beach near Aguada, Puerto Rico, watched a circular glowing object. It moved slowly, hovered and then fell abruptly, tumbling over and over until it nearly entered the ocean. It then righted itself and moved slowly westward. It had a dull gray finish and appeared to be quite distant. The International UFO Reporter noted the case in its first issue in November 1976. The account follows the entry in George M.
