Seven Mile Beach, Tasmania: Camp children see domed object with figure at window
At 9:30 p.m. on February 3, 1977, several children at a youth camp at Seven Mile Beach, Tasmania, Australia, saw a stationary dome-shaped object hover near the beach; at least two of them saw a thin humanoid figure with a round head behind a row of windows.
Background
At 9:30 p.m. several children at a youth camp at Seven Mile Beach, Tasmania, observed a stationary, dome-shaped object hovering near the beach. It then moved behind some trees, which partly obscured it. Through a row of windows on the dome at least two of the children saw a thin humanoid figure with a round head that seemed to move back and forth. One child described the object as resembling two plates placed edge to edge, with flashing yellow-white lights along the edge and a red light on top of the dome; it then disappeared behind the trees. The TUFOIC Newsletter and the Australian UFO Bulletin reported the case in 1978. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
