Nybygda, Norway: Two students see light-green object land with a figure, three imprints
On the afternoon of 1 November 1977, students Johnny Myrh and Frank Sverre saw a light-green object land in a ploughed field at Nybygda, Ringerike, Norway, with a human-like figure behind a window; it left three imprints in the ground.
Background
Students Johnny Myrh and Frank Sverre were walking home from a school bus station in Nybygda, Ringerike, when they saw a flying object approaching from the north. The light-green object landed about 300 feet away in a newly ploughed field, and they saw a human-like figure inside behind one of its windows. After 10 seconds it lifted off, leaving three equally spaced marks in the ground, 1.2 feet long and 3–7 inches wide, each made by something with a curved bottom. One of the attendants at the school partially corroborated the sighting, having seen a shining object at the same time and place but at a much greater distance.
