At 7:40 p.m. a carpenter standing on his front porch in Toledo, Ohio, noticed a stationary saucer-shaped object about 30° above the horizon in the eastern sky. It was lit by the reflection of the city lights and the Moon and appeared slightly larger than a distant aircraft. It had dark, outlined windows and a small structure on top. The object then moved off rapidly to the south and blinked out. Eberhart cites case 3-3-14 in International UFO Reporter (March 1978). The account follows the entry in George M.
