Henderson, New Zealand: Motorcyclist sees wedge-shaped craft with two robed figures
At 8:30 p.m. on 2 April 1978, Lee Robinson, riding her motorcycle on Sunset Road toward Henderson, New Zealand, saw a hovering wedge-shaped object with red and green lights and a glass front, in which two figures in dark robes looked down at her.
Background
At 8:30 p.m., Lee Robinson was riding her motorcycle on Sunset Road toward Henderson, New Zealand, when she stopped to watch floating lights approaching from the distance. She made out a wedge-shaped form, broad at the front and narrow at the back, with two red lights, a green light and a glass front. It stopped and hovered about 600 feet away. Two figures in dark robes could be seen from the waist up, looking down at her. She stared at it, petrified, for several minutes until a car approached and the object flew off. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
