Canoga Park, California: Woman and grandson see domed disc with two big-headed beings

At 10:35 p.m., Maria Artura and her grandson saw a domed, disc-shaped object approach from the west over Canoga Park, Los Angeles, California. Two humanoid beings with oversized heads were visible inside. The object stopped and hovered above an apartment building across the street, tilted to one side, returned to horizontal, flew behind a tree, stopped and tilted the other way. Finally it flew away to the west. The Canoga Park Chronicle reported the sighting in August 1979, and Walter H. Greenawald included it in his study of the San Fernando Valley sighting wave of July and August 1979. The account follows the entry in George M.
