Oil worker Rusty Pennington was watching a pump a quarter mile west of Youngsville, Pennsylvania, when he heard an explosion lasting only a split second and saw a domed disc to the left of his truck. He estimated it at 20 feet wide and 6–8 feet high. Flying at treetop level, it streaked silently downward from southwest to northeast and disappeared in the distance.
