Background

William Moore met twice with AFOSI officer Richard Doty in a restaurant in Albuquerque. Doty provided Moore with copies of three documents. One of them was a “fake” intended to test Moore, and another was the one-page Aquarius teletype. The meetings are documented by Brad Sparks and Barry Greenwood in their 2007 MUFON symposium paper on the Pratt tapes and the origins of MJ-12. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
