At 1:00 a.m. on 5 October 1984, science teacher and UFO investigator Philip J. Imbrogno and Fred Dennis, driving on US Highway 9 near Ossining, New York, saw a large half-circle of six bluish-yellow lights on a partly lit structure flip on its side and turn like a Ferris wheel.
Background
At 1:00 a.m. science teacher and UFO investigator Philip J. Imbrogno and Fred Dennis were returning on US Highway 9 from an interview with witnesses in Peekskill, New York. Near Ossining they saw a large half-circle of 6 bluish-yellow lights connected to a partially illuminated structure. Suddenly it flipped on its side and turned like a Ferris wheel. After 30 seconds it was lost behind some trees. Eberhart cites Imbrogno's "Incident at Indian Point" on UFO Evidence and Clark. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
