Lazar allegedly briefed at S-4

According to Lazar's own account, in December 1988 he is driven in a bus with blacked-out windows to a facility called 'S-4' near Papoose Lake - south of the well-known Area 51. He is taken through a security briefing and given documents to read, reportedly referencing extraterrestrial visitors over the past 10,000 years. He claims he was shown a disc-shaped vehicle in a hangar. Note: this account comes exclusively from Lazar. No official records confirm this onboarding, and no colleague has corroborated it.
