Washington, D.C.: Rep. Steven Schiff asks GAO to report on Roswell-related records

In October 1993 Rep. Steven Schiff asked Charles Arthur Bowsher, head of the US General Accounting Office (GAO), to prepare a report on the status of government records related to the 1947 Roswell incident in New Mexico. Mark Rodeghier described the request and the investigation in the International UFO Reporter (March/April 1994). The account follows the entry in George M.
