Background
At 10:40 p.m. a man saw a silver-gray disc about 70 feet wide hovering above Lake Easton, Washington, for 3–5 minutes. A beam of bright greenish light extended from it and illuminated the lake. He saw small objects floating up to it, apparently fish. George Filer reported the sighting in the MUFON UFO Journal in November 2007, and Carl W. Feindt listed it in IUR in 2010 among cases of light beams directed into water. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
