Fallon, Nevada: Couple near NAS Fallon followed by object that lights up their truck
At 9:18 p.m. on May 8, 2009, Tyler Wood and Kinsley Brown, driving near Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada, saw three objects flying erratically in a triangle formation; one paced their truck and later shone five bright lights on them from 300 feet for about 10 minutes.
Background
At 9:18 p.m. Tyler Wood and Kinsley Brown were driving near Depp Road and US Highway 95 near Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada, when they saw three strange aircraft flying erratically in a triangle formation to the east. One object fell in slow motion to the ground, while the other two separated and flew southwest; the couple followed them until one was parallel to their truck, matching its speed from 35 to 50 mph. When Wood reached a dead end, the object passed overhead twice and then hovered 600–900 feet away. When they shone a spotlight on it, it approached and shone five bright, white-orange lights on them, remaining at a distance of 300 feet for about 10 minutes while another object circled behind them. The first object followed them back toward town before returning in the direction of the original encounter. Eberhart's only source is the book Covert. The account follows the entry in George M.
