Eastern United States: Navy platform records 21 seconds of infrared video of a UAP
In 2015 a U.S. Navy platform at an undisclosed location in the eastern United States recorded 21 seconds of infrared footage in which an area of contrast crosses the sensor's field of view from right to left and leaves the frame at the upper left. The Navy UAP Task Force transferred the clip to AARO in 2022; it was released in July 2026 as unresolved report DOW-UAP-PR109.
Background
Unresolved UAP report DOW-UAP-PR109 consists of 21 seconds of video which, according to the official DVIDS description, was likely captured by an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2015; the release title places it in the eastern United States, the exact date and location are not given. The United States Navy Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF) transferred the media to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) in 2022. AARO notes that no formal data handling practices for UAP-related records existed when the media was reported to the UAPTF, that the clip was digitally altered before it reached the UAPTF, and that it is presented as received. Official time stamps: 00:01–00:08 no content; 00:09–00:11 an area of contrast becomes visible near the centre of the screen, transits the sensor field of view from right to left and exits at the upper left corner of the frame; 00:12–00:21 the footage repeats at a slower playback speed. The video was published via DVIDS with the fourth PURSUE tranche on 10 July 2026. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR109) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
