Background

AARO's official description states that this 79-second video, uploader-titled 'HH11 03 July 2018 UAPs', is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in 2018; a user uploaded it to a classified network in July 2020, and AARO notes that many of these materials lack a substantiated chain of custody. Per the timestamped description, two areas of contrast enter the lower right of the frame at 00:13 and the sensor pans to track them; after a zoom at 00:30 one area is no longer visible and the remaining one appears as three distinct areas of contrast in a generally straight line, with the rightmost one separating from the other two by 00:58, and further areas of contrast enter from the top of the frame at 00:59–01:19. The date comes from the uploader-defined title, the location is undisclosed, and AARO states that the description reflects no analytical judgment about the event's validity, nature or significance. The video was released following a 6 March 2026 request by eight members of the House of Representatives for 51 potentially UAP-related records. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR096) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
