CENTCOM area: Infrared sensor tracks grouped area of contrast on 25 September 2019
On 25 September 2019 at 21:35 UTC, according to the uploader's title, an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in the U.S. Central Command area tracked an area of contrast that at higher magnification appeared as several areas grouped together; the five-minute clip was later found on a classified network and released as DOW-UAP-PR097.
Background
AARO assesses that this video, uploader-titled 'Hi-Res: [call sign redacted] Observes UAP on 25SEP19 at 2135Z', is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in 2019; a user uploaded it to a classified network in October 2019 and its chain of custody is not substantiated. In the 4:59 clip an area of contrast enters the field of view at the bottom at 00:34, the sensor rotates to centre it and cycles through contrast and zoom levels while tracking it (00:37–01:37); at higher magnification (01:38–02:10) the area appears as several areas grouped together in the centre of the frame; the sensor then changes contrast settings several times, flashing black and white, and continues tracking until 03:06, after which there is no content. The callsign, platform and location are undisclosed. AARO states that the description reflects no analytical judgement about the event's nature; the material was identified in response to a 6 March 2026 request by eight members of the House of Representatives. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR097) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
