Background

AARO's official description states that this 34-second video, uploader-titled 'UAP from Dec 2019 (East Coast)', is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the U.S. Northern Command area of responsibility in 2019; a user uploaded it to a classified network in September 2020, and AARO notes that many of these materials lack a substantiated chain of custody. Per the timestamped description, the sensor pans to track an area of contrast at 00:00–00:02, switches contrast modes while tracking it at 00:03–00:21, pans again at 00:22–00:23, and the remainder has no content. The month and region come from the uploader-defined title, the location is otherwise undisclosed, and AARO states that the description reflects no analytical judgment about the event's validity, nature or significance. The video was released following a 6 March 2026 request by eight members of the House of Representatives for 51 potentially UAP-related records. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR086) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
