CENTCOM area: Video camera follows rising area of contrast on 16 September 2020
On 16 September 2020 a full-motion video camera aboard a U.S. military platform in the U.S. Central Command area tracked an area of contrast that entered from the bottom of the frame and moved upward for about three minutes before leaving the field of view; the clip was found on a classified network and released as DOW-UAP-PR085.
Background
AARO assesses that this video, uploader-titled '16 Sept 2020 [call sign redacted] [call sign redacted] observes UAP', is likely derived from a full-motion video camera aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in 2020; a user uploaded it to a classified network in September 2020 and its chain of custody is not substantiated. The 4:44 clip has no content until 01:17; from 01:18 to 02:24 an area of contrast enters at the bottom of the screen and moves up as the sensor pans and zooms to hold it in the centre; from 02:25 to 04:29 the sensor zooms in with the area generally centred; from 04:30 to 04:44 the area leaves the field of view in the lower left quarter. The two callsigns, platform and location are undisclosed. AARO states that the description reflects no analytical judgement about the event's nature. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR085) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
