Background

The video belongs to the collection on a classified network that AARO identified after the 6 March 2026 request by eight members of the House of Representatives for 51 potentially UAP-related records; AARO notes that many of these materials lack a substantiated chain of custody. AARO assesses that the 4-minute-13-second video is likely derived from a full-motion video camera aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility in 2020 and that a user uploaded it in September 2020. The video description records no content from 00:00 to 00:24, an area of contrast entering from the lower right-hand side and exiting at the upper left between 00:25 and 00:27, and no content from 00:28 to 04:13. The callsign is withheld; platform, unit and location are not disclosed, and the assessment rests on metadata only. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR084) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
