Background

U.S. Central Command submitted to AARO a report consisting of ten seconds of infrared video from a U.S. military platform recorded in 2022; the record title places it in Iraq in May 2022. An accompanying mission report (DOW-UAP-D14) described the UAP as a 'probable SU-27/35'; AARO adds that SU-27 and SU-35 are designations of military aircraft operated by the armed forces of the Russian Federation. Per the official video description, two areas of contrast move together near the centre of the field of view throughout the runtime. Platform, sensor, exact date and location are not given; the record is nevertheless classed as an unresolved UAP report. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR21) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
