Kuwait: Operator images unidentified object moving north to northeast, cannot identify it
In May 2022 a U.S. military system in Kuwait captured a still image of an elongated area of contrast that the operator, according to the accompanying mission report DOW-UAP-D12, saw moving from north to northeast and could not positively identify. U.S. Central Command submitted the annotated image to AARO; it was released as unresolved report DOW-UAP-PR20.
Background
According to the official description, U.S. Central Command submitted to AARO a report consisting of a still image derived from a U.S. military system in 2022; the release title places it in Kuwait in May 2022. The original reporter digitally altered the image by adding a red line encircling an area of interest before submission. The accompanying mission report, DOW-UAP-D12, described the UAP as moving from north to northeast, and the operator reported being unable to positively identify it. The image shows an encircled, elongated area of contrast in the top left quarter whose intensity increases along its length from top left to bottom right. Platform, sensor, exact date and time are not stated; the only page of the released PDF available as text is the USCENTCOM declassification recommendation of 8 October 2025, cleared for open publication on 10 March 2026. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR20) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
