Background

AARO assesses that this video, uploader-titled '[call sign redacted] (Mission) HD_20220613', is likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in June 2022; a user uploaded it to a classified network in June 2022 and its chain of custody is not substantiated. In the 4:45 clip the sensor pans right to left tracking an area of contrast that fades into the background (00:00–00:10); areas of contrast transit from right to left at higher zoom (00:11–00:14, 00:44–00:47); the sensor cycles zoom settings (00:48–01:05); a small area transits to the centre (01:06–01:13) and is tracked upward until it exits at the top (01:14–02:05); after a gap, several areas become visible near the centre (03:43–03:47) and four small areas appear in the centre and are tracked (03:51–04:00); the sensor zooms out, pans right to an area in the bottom right, cycles zoom and finally switches modalities to refocus on a centred area (04:01–04:43). The date 13 June 2022 comes from the uploader's file name; callsign, platform and location are undisclosed, and the description reflects no analytical judgement about the event's nature. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-PR074) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
