Background
The mission report (MISREP, 89th Attack Squadron, 432nd Air Expeditionary Wing, 609th CAOC) describes an armed reconnaissance and ISR mission with a platform whose type, tail number and callsign are redacted (1.4a); it took off from Muwaffaq Salti Air Base at 18:22Z on July 30, 2022 and arrived on station at 20:28Z to provide imagery for Task Force Chosin. At 02:39Z on July 31 the crew observed a UAP event in the vicinity of grid 37S FU (digits redacted) 'in KP 9'; the UAP 'occurred in less than a minute, with the UAP moving from N to S'. The friendly aircraft was at 19,359 feet and 116 knots; the fields for the number of UAP and their physical state are blank, 'UAP Signatures' is marked No, and no description of size, shape or colour is given. The full-motion video was exploited by DGS-1 and weather was not a factor; the aircraft landed at 15:19Z. The report was declassified by USCENTCOM on October 8, 2025 (MDR 25-0094 through 25-0099). The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-D16) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
