Barry M. Goldwater Range, Arizona: Two F-35 pilots meet groups of small objects
On December 13, 2022, an F-35 pilot from Luke AFB over the Barry M. Goldwater Air Force Range in southwest Arizona saw four small objects moving slowly eastbound at 20,000 feet and took evasive action; about an hour later a second F-35 pilot encountered one and then eight small objects in the same airspace.
Background
The pilot of an F-35 out of Luke AFB, flying in the eastern end of a section of restricted airspace above the Barry M. Goldwater Air Force Range in southwest Arizona, observed four small objects slowly moving eastbound at 20,000 feet. The pilot took evasive action. About one hour later a second F-35 pilot had two separate encounters above the same airspace, the first with a single object and the second with eight small objects. Joseph Trevithick and Tyler Rogoway reported the encounters in The War Zone in August 2023. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
