Arabian Gulf: USAF ISR crew observes four UAP at 17:36 UTC, view obstructed by cloud

On 3 June 2023 at about 17:36 UTC, a U.S. Air Force ISR crew under Air Forces Central observed four UAP within the field of view of a sensor over the Arabian Gulf; cloud cover prevented a clear visual and the crew could not follow the objects. The day is redacted in the report; the date follows from the declassification date 20480603 under the 25-year rule (editorial decision).

Background

The mission report (MISREP 8799515, originally SECRET, declassification date 20480603) was filed by a U.S. Air Force unit under Air Forces Central during an ISR mission; aircraft type, callsign, tail number, sensors, location details and the full date are redacted. The release title assigns the report to 2020; because 14 of 16 dated mission reports in the same release carry a declassification date exactly 25 years after the mission, the incident is dated here to 3 June 2023 (editorial decision, 21 October 2026). According to the UAP section, four UAP were observed at approximately 17:36 UTC beneath a redacted element: one object at 17:36:22, two side by side at 17:36:30 and one more at 17:36:49. Cloud coverage obstructed the sensor from following them and from obtaining a clear visual. The form records 'NO' for advanced capabilities or materials and leaves the remaining UAP fields blank. The official summary describes the sighting as 'a line of dots followed by a trailing dot'. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code DOW-UAP-D3) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
