Background
Incident
Over a period of two days in October 2023, several special agents of a U.S. federal law enforcement agency reported unidentified anomalous phenomena near a sensitive national security site in the western United States. The released records describe four incidents in total. Neither the precise location nor the exact dates are given in the release.
Sources
This is the most densely documented case in the entire PURSUE holdings. The release comprises five first-hand witness statements (Narrative Statements 1 to 5), a notional map of the four incidents, an AARO update on the state of the analysis, and twelve visual reconstructions β ten stills and two videos. The FBI produced these renderings in 2026 at the request of the Department of War, each based on a specific witness statement.
They are artistic interpretations, not recordings of the event. The release states this explicitly.
Status
The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) records in its update that the case remains unresolved as of June 2026. These details are reproduced from the released records and are not an independent From Beyond Space determination.
